ADJUSTABLE GLAND TOOL FOR CYLINDER REPAIR

The Adjustable Gland Tool (T-AGT) secures cylinder head glands, tubes, and nuts ranging from 5” to 16-3/4” in diameter. We designed this tool to work with the T-ABT-50 base plate, this tool grips components firmly with hardened vise jaws, ensuring a stable and controlled repair process. (Base plate and L-brackets sold separately.)

ADJUSTABLE ROTATION CAPTURE FOR CYLINDER DISASSEMBLY

The Adjustable Rotation Capture tool (T-ARC) rotates hydraulic cylinder tubes with clevis ends between 2” and 14” wide. Adjustable support arms secure the clevis, preventing movement during removal or installation.

Works with our hydraulic repair tooling for added versatility.
Pairs with a chain vise and vise elevator for maximum stability.

The Adjustable Tool (T-AT) provides a firm hold on cylinders, nuts, heads, and glands while allowing controlled rotation for removal or installation. Hardened jaws adjust from 3” to 9”, ensuring compatibility with various hydraulic repair applications.

CONCENTRIC ROLLERS FOR HYDRAULIC SHAFT ALIGNMENT

The Concentric Rollers simplify shaft alignment and ensure cylinders remain concentric during repairs. Precision bearings allow smooth operation, making them ideal for checking hydraulic shaft roundness.

T-CR: Supports shaft diameters from 1” to 8”.
T-CR-LG: Designed for shafts ranging from 6” to 14”.

LOCK PINS FOR SECURE SLIDE PLATE POSITIONING

The T-LP Lock Pins keep slide plates securely in place, preventing movement during hydraulic cylinder repair and disassembly.

We sell them in sets of two for added convenience.
We use them for quick installation through the slide plate and disassembly table.
