Internal Tube Washer

The ITW is built to clean hydraulic cylinder tubes before reassembly. Its air-powered design combines a handheld drive and oil pump, providing a safe and easy-to-use solution for your hydraulic cylinder tube washer needs.

Three-Stage Filtration for Optimal Cleaning Performance

Our tube cleaning solutions use advanced filtration to maintain clean fluids throughout the process:

  1. Primary Filter Roll: Captures larger contaminants with a 40-micron filter roll.

  2. Magnetic Sheet: Removes ferrous particles for enhanced cleaning.

  3. Final 10-Micron Filter: Ensures the washing fluid is clean before reentering the tube.
     

Long Wall Tube Washer: For Large-Scale Hydraulic Tube Cleaning

The Long Wall Tube Washer (ITW-LW) is built to tackle the most challenging tube cleaning for hydraulics. Engineered for industrial applications, this machine efficiently cleans hydraulic cylinder tubes, ensuring thorough contaminant removal and smooth reassembly. Its advanced design supports cylinder lengths up to 100 feet and bore diameters from 3” to 24”, making it a reliable choice for maintaining optimal hydraulic cylinder performance.
