Portable Hand Hone
Our Portable Hand Hone is built to handle cylinders with bores from 2.5” (63.5mm) to 12.2” (310mm) and up to 10’ (3.1m) in length. It’s also capable of honing larger diameters, making it versatile for a range of industrial honing solutions.
Proper flushing, lubrication, and cooling are essential for achieving a smooth finish. Continuous oil flow removes spent abrasive and debris, minimizing wear and glazing on the honing stone. This ensures clean cuts and long-lasting performance during the honing process.
