Centerless Polisher/Buffer
The Boelter Centerless Polisher is powered by a robust "G & P 72" abrasive belt polisher (Model B372-3) with a 3" x 72" belt and a 3 HP motor. Choose from our standard model or upgraded 5 HP and 7.5 HP configurations with longer 3" x 90" belts for higher productivity and less frequent belt changes. Designed for industrial polishing solutions, this machine ensures smooth and consistent results, making it an ideal tool for cylinder surface repair and polishing.
The system uses a rack-and-pinion drive and a vector A.C. drive for smooth horizontal movement, supported by Teflon-lined guides for stability. Optional features like remote jog controls make setup and adjustments faster and easier, while manual controls on the handlebars add convenience for precise work.
