Automatic Slide Plate Assembly (T-ASP)
The Automatic Slide Plate Assembly streamlines hydraulic cylinder disassembly and assembly. It features two heavy-duty slide plates, adjustable bronze bearings, and a 36” hydraulic cylinder for smooth operation.
KEY FEATURES:
- Dual Slide Plates: One slide plate anchors to the machine frame, while the other holds a vertical brace tool for secure operation.
- Push and Pull Capability: Generates 37,698 lbs of push force and 30,483 lbs of pull force with its 4” bore cylinder.
- Foot Brace Assembly: A spring-loaded brace arm engages with horizontal cross members, ensuring stability in both directions.
- Vertical Brace Tool: Includes a 2” heavy-duty threaded rod to securely clamp clevis ends during disassembly.
Cylinder Pull-Apart Package (T-CYLPA)
Our cylinder pull-apart packages offer complete solutions for disassembling large hydraulic cylinders. These packages reduce operator effort while ensuring precision and safety.

Performance: Generates 21,205 lbs of push force and 15,904 lbs of pull force.
15.75 Package (T-CYLPA-15.75):
Includes all components from the standard package with sizes tailored for clevis widths up to 15.75”.
19.5-SL Package (T-CYLPA-19.5-SL):
Designed for larger clevis sizes, supporting widths up to 15.75” and diameters up to 38”.
Includes specialized brace tools and slide plates for added support.
Pull-Apart Cylinder (T-PAC)
The Pull-Apart Cylinder removes rods from cylinder tubes efficiently. It integrates seamlessly with slide plates and brace tools for maximum stability.

- Precision Operation: Attached to a slide plate secured to the frame, the pull-apart cylinder moves rods and tubes smoothly along the frame rails.
- Relocation Capability: Operators can relocate the cylinder along the fixture to handle longer hydraulic cylinders.
- Enhanced Safety: Use with brace tooling (T-BT) and Nylon V-blocks (T-NV) to prevent components from slipping during operation.
Heavy Duty Pull-Apart Cylinder (T-PAC-HD)
The Heavy-Duty Pull-Apart Cylinder handles the most demanding tasks. This 4” bore tie bolt cylinder delivers industrial-grade performance.
