FEATURES
- Custom Drive Plates for Heavy-Duty Hex Sockets: Available in 1”, 1.5” & 2.5” configurations to suit your needs. Each drive plate comes with a socket drive on both sides of the plate.
- 1” (T-DP-1.0) has a maximum torque of 1,250 ft/lbs (1,694 Nm)
- 1.5” (T-DP-1.5) has a maximum torque of 3,000 ft/lbs (4,067 Nm)
- 2.5” (T-DP-2.5) has a maximum torque of 16,000 ft/lbs (21,693 Nm)
Hex Plate Sets for Industrial Applications
Our hex plate sets offer an affordable, effective solution for removing and tightening piston nuts. Available for both standard and metric applications, these plates are a reliable alternative to bulky sockets.

- Small SAE Hex Plate Set (T-HPS-2): Includes 8 plates ranging from 2” - 2-⅞”
- SAE Hex Plate Set (T-HPS): Includes 15 plates ranging from 3” to 6-1/8”.
- Metric Hex Plate Set (T-HPSM): Includes 13 plates ranging from 60mm to 155mm.
These plates are quick to install into the capture ring of your tooling, making them a versatile addition to any industrial hex tooling setup.
Drive Socket Adapter (T-HPDS & T-HPDS-L)
For oversized hex nuts, our heavy-duty hex sockets are built to handle the most demanding tasks with precision.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Large Capacity for Hydraulic Cylinder Hex Tools: Supports hex nuts ranging from 165mm to 345mm.
- Versatile Design: Includes a built-in 345mm hex adapter for large-scale industrial applications.
- Long Hex Plate Drive Socket (T-HPDS-L): The drive socket adapter is extended out 4". This helps accommodate piston nuts that are turned down on one end and larger cushions.
